Njoya Yacouba is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in business development, marketing management, and event organisation. As the Head of Business Development and Marketing Management at Quick-Witted Management, Njoya oversees strategic growth initiatives, client acquisition, and marketing efforts that enhance the agency’s competitive position in the market.
Njoya has an impressive track record of leadership in both corporate and event management roles. He has worked as a consultant for Sunshine Cameroon and co-organized major events such as the Ya-fe Sport Experience 2019 and the Canal Olympia Gaming Zone Event. His diverse experience in event coordination and marketing gives him a unique perspective on integrating business growth with brand visibility.
Before joining Quick-Witted Management, Njoya held multiple senior roles at Orange Cameroon, including Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Operational Manager. He played a pivotal role in key projects, such as the launch of Orange Money and Orange Energy, contributing to Orange’s transformation in the region. His expertise in trade marketing, distribution, and operational management allowed him to successfully lead product launches and enhance Orange’s market presence in Cameroon.
Njoya holds a Master’s in Business Management from ICHEC in Brussels and a Master’s in Marketing and Distribution from ESSEC Douala, equipping him with strong academic and professional foundations to drive strategic initiatives and marketing innovation.
