1. Data controller. QWM — Quick-Witted Management, Zürich, is the controller of personal data processed through this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD/FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What we collect. Only what you give us through the briefing request and newsletter forms: name, organisation, role, email address, engagement type, and the strategic context you choose to share. Submissions are stored in a secure database hosted on QWM's own server (provided by Hostinger) and are never shared. We do not use advertising trackers and this website sets no tracking cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis. Form submissions are used solely to evaluate and respond to your request (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / consent, Art. 31(2) nLPD). Newsletter requests are processed on the basis of your consent and confirmed before any distribution.
4. Processors. Website hosting, database and form processing are provided by Hostinger (PHP form-to-email delivery and MySQL database on QWM's own server), acting as a data processor under its own privacy commitments. Form submissions are transmitted by email to QWM only and are not processed by any third-party form service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; analytics, where active, is provided by Plausible and is cookie-less.
5. Retention. Briefing requests are retained for the duration of the evaluation and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived under confidentiality obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw.
6. Your rights. You may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@quick-wittedmgt.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
7. Confidentiality. Consistent with our practice, all briefing submissions are treated in confidence and are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than responding to your request.
8. Changes. This notice may be updated; the version published on this page is the version in force.
